Your Not A Failure

Ever have one of those days, weeks, months where life keeps coming at you, and you never can catch a break.

Some mornings, I wake up feeling like I’ve failed before I’ve even had my coffee. The to-do list is long, my energy is short, and my best intentions seem to have slipped out the back door sometime during the night. Sound familiar?

But here’s the thing — you’re not a failure until you stop trying.

Trying doesn’t have to look heroic. Sometimes it’s just getting dressed. Sometimes it’s saying, “Lord, I’m tired, but I’m here.” Sometimes it’s choosing not to give up on yourself, even when you’ve lost count of how many times you’ve fallen, literally.

I’ve learned that life isn’t about perfect outcomes; it’s about persistent faith. It’s showing up with what little you have and trusting that God can multiply it.

Trying is courage disguised as ordinary effort. It’s wiping the tears, straightening the crown (real or imaginary), and saying, “Okay, let’s try this again.”

So no, you haven’t failed. You’re in progress. You’re discovering ways to grow, learning new tools, and maybe even laughing at yourself along the way.

Because failure isn’t falling.
Failure is refusing to rise again.

And if you’re still trying — even just a little — then, my friend, you’re already winning.
